Kingdom Scholarship

Are you studying at an educational institution in Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, the Netherlands, or St. Maarten, at SBO (special education)/MBO (secondary vocational education) level 3/4, HBO (higher vocational education) level, of university education level and would you like to participate in an internship or study exchange somewhere else within the Kingdom of the Netherlands for a period of two to six months as part of a recognised study programme? Then you can apply for a Kingdom Scholarship for this period. The allocation of Kingdom Scholarships is based on a draw. The Kingdom Scholarship is provided to you as a grant.

Between 50 and 60 Kingdom Scholarships are made available to students each semester. See the Q&As for this.

N.B.!

The application period for internships/study exchanges commencing in the period September 1, 2024 to October 31, 2024 has expired.  From September 1, 2024 it is again possible to submit an application for exchanges commencing between February 1 2025 and March 31, 2025. Applications for other periods will not be considered.
