Payment dates
No later than eight weeks from the date on which the decision awarding the Kingdom Scholarship is sent, the awarded grant amount will be transferred. For more information on the process after registration, see the process description after registration.
The date on which the grant amounts of the Kingdom Scholarship are credited to the bank account depends on the bank. On average, it takes two to three working days for the transfer to be credited to the bank account after the payment has been transferred from RCN-OCW. The amounts for the Kingdom Scholarship are fixed in euros but will be paid into local accounts. Partly due to exchange rate differences and bank charges, the amount you receive in the bank account may differ. For more information see exchange rate differences.
For the period from the 1st of April 2024 to the end of the scheme on the 1st of April 2026, the payment dates will be as follows*:
- 15th July 2024
- 2nd January 2025
- 15th July 2025
- 2nd January 2026
