If the internship or study exchange starts between 1 February 2025 and 31 March 2025. (study exchange St. Maarten starts on 15 January 2025)

Submit application between April 1 and May 14, 2025

If the internship or study exchange starts between 1 September 2025 and 31 October. 2025 (study exchange St. Maarten starts on 1 August 2025)

Submit application between 1 September and 14 October 2025

For internship or study exchange starts between 15 January 2026 and 31 July 2026.

Submit application between 1 April and 14 May 2026

For internship or study exchange starts between 1 August 2026 and 14 January 2027.

Submit application between 1 September and 14 October 2026

For internship or study exchange starts between 15 January 2027 and 31 July 2027.

* For the deadlines, 23:59 UTC -04:00 is used as the final possibility for submitting applications. This is the time zone in the Caribbean areas of the Kingdom.
