Conditions for dismissal for employers

If you are planning to dismiss an employer, you must first apply to the Labour Affairs department for a permit. You must clearly explain the reason for dismissal. Labour Affairs will forward your application to the advisory board. This board advises the head of the SZW unit on the application. The decision is made by the unit head. Labour affairs does not deal with applications for dismissal for urgent reasons (instant dismissal).
