Work permits
To protect local labour markets, employers on Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba are obliged to recruit personnel locally. If this does not prove possible despite your best efforts, you are permitted to temporarily employ a foreign national under strict conditions.
You will need to apply for a work permit for this purpose. Without this permit you are not allowed to employ foreign nationals. See the flow diagram to check whether you need a work permit in your particular situation.
