Changes to your personal situation
It is important that you inform us of changes to your situation so that we can easily contact you and pay your benefit on time. You must report the change in the following situations.
Change of address
You must report your new address to the SZW unit within 14 days. You can do this at the SZW unit or download the change form. Send the completed forms together with a scan of the requested documents to kinderbijslag@rijksdienstcn.com. Changes can only be passed on by the person who applied for the child benefit.
Attention! If you move to the European Netherlands, you’ll need proof of termination of child benefit in order to be able to reapply for child benefit. To obtain this proof, please contact the child benefit department before your departure.
I have a new bank account number
You must report your new bank details to the SZW unit as soon as possible. You can do this at the SZW unit or download the change form. Send the completed forms together with a scan of the requested documents to kinderbijslag@rijksdienstcn.com. Changes can only be passed on by the person who applied for the child benefit.

We will appreciate it if you inform us of changes to your telephone number or email address so that we can easily contact you directly.
