What do you learn with TOP CN?
TOP CN is the programme par excellence where work and learning take centre stage. With coaching, training, and supervision, as a TOP trainee you will not only work on your career, but also on your personal development.
During the first year, you are supervised by a workplace supervisor as well as a coach.
Workplace supervisor
Your workplace supervisor will assist you during your daily work in the workplace. You can turn to your workplace supervisor for all your questions about your work, your department, and organisation. Your workplace supervisor is your on-the-job coach at your workplace, knows the work procedures, and your own profession. You can spar with them about your daily work and you receive constructive feedback that will help you grow in your role.
Coach
As a TOP trainee, you will also have a personal coach. This coach assists you in your personal development and growth. A punch card entitles you to seven individual coaching sessions. You can use them for issues related to your return and personal growth. Your coach is someone with local roots and in-depth knowledge of the (work) culture and society.
Training sessions
During your TOP traineeship, four half-days each month are reserved for training sessions. You attend these training sessions together with the other TOP trainees. You learn a range of skills that can be of great use during your career. A selection from the TOP training offer:
