What is TOP CN?
The Talent Development Programme Caribbean Netherlands (Talent Ontwikkel Programma Caribisch Nederland, TOP CN) traineeship is a one-year work and training programme especially for recently graduated professionals with roots on Bonaire, St. Eustatius, or Saba. As a TOP trainee you start working at a government organisation like a Public Entity or the Rijksdienst Caribisch Nederland. During the traineeship, you will be coached, form a close community with other trainees, and receive plenty of opportunities to use your knowledge and skills for the growth of your island.
