Residence application for US citizens

US citizens can stay for a maximum of 180 days per every 365 days in the Caribbean Netherlands without a permit. If they are working or doing an internship during their stay, they may stay for 90 days per every 360 days without a written Declaration of Admittance by Law. If they want to stay longer than 90 days, they must apply for a Declaration of Admittance by Law.
