In connection with the corona situation, the Immigration and Naturalization Service Caribbean Netherlands (IND-CN) on St. Eustatius will be closed until further notice from Monday 14 of September.
To submit an application at our office on the Cottageroad, you must make an appointment by phone or e-mail.

Submitting (new or renewal) applications or collecting permits (if you do not wish to receive this by post) can be done by appointment only. Contact us via telephone or e-mail to schedule an appointment. This can be done from Monday through Friday from 8AM to 12 noon and from 1PM to 3PM.
For general information, for the status of an application and for the submission of missing documents you do not need to make an appointment in advance. You can visit our office (Monday through Thursday from 8AM to 12 noon), call us or send an e-mail (Monday through Friday from 8AM to 12 noon and from 1PM to 3PM).

Submitting applications, collecting permits (if you do not wish to receive them by post) or submitting missing documents, is done by appointment only. The appointments will be scheduled on Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 12:00.
