Shared Service Organisation Caribbean Netherlands (SSO CN) is looking for an Employee Frontoffice knowledge area ICT. As a Front Office Employee you are the first point of contact for questions in the area of services and you register the user wishes, requests for information, breakdown notifications and complaints. This position has a number of specific knowledge areas, namely ICT, Facilities (FAZA), procurement and a business operations profile.

  • You maintain contact with the Services and RAP departments at the operational level
  • You provide for the intake of requests and notifications that are received by telephone or by email and you register these in the system
  • You handle requests and notifications as much as possible immediately by providing information and answering questions (1st line) and forwarding or handling the same
  • You monitor the timely handling of requests and notifications and you coordinate this with the “performer”. You recall, where required, and you report the handling to the user
  • You are responsible for the registration of requests and notifications, including the turnaround times, and you generate overviews for the Front Office Manager

Your team

The Front Office basically focuses on the day-to-day and operational support of users. It is the department where all questions, requests, notifications and complaints of users are initially received. The Front Office registers all questions and answers these as much as possible. For the more complex questions that require specialist knowledge and/or questions that contain personal / privacy sensitive data are referred by the Front Office. The handling of the question is monitored by the Front Office.

Job requirements

  • You have completed senior secondary vocational education (MBO) in IT or your intellectual and professional ability is at the level of a senior secondary vocational education (MBO)
  • You are in possession of a CompTIA A+ certificate, ITIL Foundation certificate or a similar ICT certificate -, Windows7 certificate or similar IT certificateYou are familiar with the installation, configuration, troubleshooting and support of Windows 7 Client
  • You have knowledge of ICT applications, including Windows (PC and server) and AD (active directory)
  • You have affinity with services processes and ERP systems
  • You have affinity with customer-oriented working and you can adopt a service-oriented approach

What we offer

  • A salary in conformity with the market in provisional scale 5 and job scale 6 of at least $ 1,507.00 and at most $ 2,459.00 per month in case of a 39.5-hour working week. Classification takes place on the basis of knowledge and experience
  • A 13th month of 8.33% and at least $ 1,750
  • A holiday allowance of 8.33% of the remuneration
  • A good pension provision placed with PCN

  • Temporary appointment of 1 year with prospect of a permanent appointment
  • With a permanent appointment, this will be continued with additional agreements
