You apply for the TOP CN traineeship. During your application, we look at your:
- Background: Which island suits you best, what did you study, and what are your skills?
- Interests: What energizes you and what do you want to achieve?
- Available positions: Which positions may be a good fit for you?
Based on your application, we match you with a position that suits you. This may be with a Public Entity (Bonaire, St. Eustatius or Saba), or with one of the departments of the Rijksdienst Caribisch Nederland (RCN).
