Call for Narrowcasting Tenders by the Rijksdienst Caribisch Nederland

Rijksdienst Caribisch Nederland is looking for a single supplier that can offer a total solution for Narrowcasting at various government departments on Bonaire and possibly also on Saba and St. Eustatius.

Given that the solution in question is to be used in both public and secure environments, it is subject to certain conditions:

  • It must be a Software As A Service (SAAS) solution.
  • The screens should not include a (functioning) USB connection.
  • A total solution is required.
  • It must be possible to connect the screens only via a SIM card at one location and only via an ethernet connection at another.
  • Any management tasks will be the supplier’s sole responsibility.
  • The supplier must be local (BES and CAS islands).
  • The supplier must have a valid Certificate of Conduct (Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag, VOG).
  • The supplier must be listed in the Chamber of Commerce register for the service to be provided via this tender.
