Care and Youth Caribbean Netherlands (ZJCN) announces that Sulay Lau has been appointed Head of Operations effective September 1. As Head of Operations, she will play a key role in the further development of ZJCN, focusing on digitalisation and the further professionalisation of the organisation.
Lau has 27 years of experience within the government and has held various positions at different departments. Her career began at the SVB, after which she worked as a coordinating officer at SZW. Following a period as a senior officer Customer Contact and Insured Persons Administration at the Health Insurance Office (ZVK), she most recently held the position of Team Leader Healthcare and Support at ZJCN.
“We are extremely pleased with Sulay’s appointment as Head of Operations,” said ZJCN Director Herbert Bernard. “Thanks to her years of experience within ZJCN as well as the National Service of the Caribbean Netherlands, she knows the organization inside out. She is the ideal person to take our operations to the next level.”
