Commander of the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee visits the island Governor of Bonaire

The commander of the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee, Lieutenant General Annelore Roelofs, recently paid a visit to the Island governor of Bonaire, together with Brigadier General Jos Pieters.

During the conversation, the current developments in the field of law enforcement were discussed, as well as the cooperation between the various security partners on the island. The commander of the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee expressed her engagement with the ongoing developments and security challenges on the island. She also emphasized that the Marechaussee remains committed to border surveillance on Bonaire.
