Is your minor child travelling?
Check well before you travel which documents are required for your situation. Some documents must be requested in advance. This helps prevent unpleasant situations at departure
Why are checks carried out?
These checks help protect the safety of children and prevent a child from travelling abroad without the permission of a parent or guardian.
See below which documents you need. Choose the situation that applies to you.
Bring with you:
- Valid passport of the child
- Valid passports of both parents
The required documents depend on the custody situation.
