How do I submit a complaint?

If you are dissatisfied with the way in which you were treated by the Schadefonds, you can submit a complaint. You can do so verbally or in writing.

Mention the following in your complaint:

• your name and address
• the date when the violent crime took place
• a brief description of the complaint
• which employee of the Schadefonds the complaint concerns
