What if my application is incomplete?

Procedure for incomplete applications:

  1. You will be informed about the missing documents or data when submitting an application at the office.
  2. The IND CN will give you the opportunity to submit the missing documents within two to four weeks.
  3. If it is established in advance that the applicant cannot meet certain substantive conditions, no remedy period will be granted and the application will be rejected.
  4. An application can only be submitted with a valid passport. If you cannot provide a valid passport, you will be given four weeks to show the passport before the application is decided on.
