Medical referrals - My physician says I must go on a medical referral What do I do now?

Your referring physician submits a request to the ZVK. If this request is complete and has been received with the correct documentation, this will be assessed by the Medical Advice department. If the request is approved, the ZVK will contact you to make an appointment. During your appointment, you will receive all of the information about your medical referral.
